MVSHOA Board of Director meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of each month except December and August due to the following events:

• December - MVS Holiday Party
• August - MVSHOA Annual Meeting is scheduled on the 3rd Saturday of this month.

If any Member of MVSHOA would like to attend a board meeting, please contact the Secretary to find out where it is being held and to confirm date and time:

• The meeting can be rescheduled due to conficts is one or more Director's schedule
• On a rare occasion the meeting may be cancelled.
